List a casino's API keys

GET 
/admin/tenants/:id/keys

Never returns key material — only the stored prefix, the scopes, the derived status and who issued or revoked it. The omission is structural rather than a filter applied on the way out.

The id in the path must be the casino in X-Tenant-Id: letting them differ would turn holding a permission on one casino into reach over another's credentials.
