Revoke a key

DELETE 
/admin/tenants/:id/keys/:keyId

Immediate — there is no cache to wait out.

Revocation rather than deletion: the row stays as the record of a credential that existed and when it stopped working. Deleting it would make a leaked key indistinguishable from one that was never issued. The key keeps appearing in the listing, with its revocation time and who did it.
