Set the entry range this casino sells a bonus in

Two different things are edited here and they are not equally safe.

min_buy_usd/max_buy_usd are this casino's window: the cheapest and the dearest ENTRY it will let a player stake, in the same US dollars the lobby quotes — not the underlying bet. It only ever NARROWS what the game sells, and it cannot widen it: an amount past the highest measured bet is refused as the GAME not selling it, whatever the window says.

The game's own bet ladder is NOT edited here. It describes the provider's stepper, which charges every casino the same, so a per-casino override of it would change what we sell and nothing about what is charged — see PUT /admin/games/{id}/bet-segments, which records a measurement.

Both fields are optional and absent means no bound of my own, not zero. The row is replaced by what arrives, so a field left out is cleared. A body with nothing set deletes the row, exactly like DELETE on this path.
