Whether this casino's backend was told that a battle ended, and if not, why not. Every terminal webhook leaves a row here — including the ones that were never sent at all, which is the case this screen exists for: a casino with no endpoint configured used to produce a log line and nothing else.

The filter is delivery_status, spelled out, and not status. Two vocabularies live on a delivery — the terminal event's (completed, failed, cancelled) and the delivery's own — and both keep their database names on the wire.

An unknown value is a refusal, not an empty list: a mistyped filter answering zero rows looks exactly like a casino whose webhooks all worked.
