Set which casino this operator lands on
PATCH/admin/auth/me/default-tenant
A preference on the account, not a claim in the session: the active casino
still travels in X-Tenant-Id on every request, and this only decides which
one the console selects when it opens.
The casino must be one the operator holds an active membership on.
